Jorge Arath Sias in an American, Mexican-born surrealist and abstract painter living and working in Berkeley, California. A self taught artist, Jorge eventually transitioned into the abstract expressionist movement because of its unequivocal impact on humanity and his own life, but mainly the psychological implications of the art itself. Jorge is consistently making art and music in Berkeley, CA, where he also performs his original compositions right down the street from his art studio. Outside of the studio, he teaches art and music to younger generations and Bay Area communities, including seniors and neurodivergent people who couldn't pursue a traditional musical or artistic education.
